ABOUT VRISKAIG
Vriskaig House Luxury Guest Suite is a neighbouring property of the Cuillin Hills Hotel and it enjoys some of the finest views from any accommodation on the Isle of Skye overlooking Portree Harbour, the Cuillin Mountain Range, Camas Ban and Vriskaig Point. The property is conveniently located on the hotel driveway and is only a 10 minute walk from Portree square. The Suite is nestled into the historic hillside known as Scorrybreac and has the sea and fabulous walks on its doorstep.
Breakfast is included for 2 guests and is served at the Cuillin Hills Hotel, a short 1 minute walk from the Guest Suite.
UNIQUE SUITE
The property has been inspired by its local surroundings, Nordic connections and demonstrates this with its use of natural and eco-friendly materials. The Guest Suite enjoys a complimentary mini-bar, locally and sustainably sourced amenities, Nespresso machine, Bang and Olufsen speakers, , 55inch OLED TV, Lusso Stone bath with sea-views and a private terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views.
Access to the suite is via your own independent door, separate from the main house. Check in is after 4pm using an access code so you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort. Full details and check in codes will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival.
LUXURY BATHROOM
The bathroom is a place of solitude with a bespoke deep fill bath, natural limestone walled vanity unit and high pressure rain fall shower. Unwind in luxury with local amenities such as Isle of Skye Soap and the essence of Isle of Skye Candle Company Diffusers, with a large number of additional amenities available on request.

The uninterrupted views are some of the best from any accommodation in Scotland, with the water almost in touching distance. Scorrybreac walk is a stone’s throw away from your front door, taking you on a spectacular 45minute walk around the coast. Portree harbour is only a 10 – 15 minute walk, where you have access to local restaurants, tours and experiences.
FAQ's:
Is there a discount for booking direct? Yes, you will recieve a minimum 12% discount when you book direct.
Is there a minimum night stay? Yes, 3 nights minimum. Although occassionally there is availability for 1 or 2 nights due to how bookings fall. If this is the case, the website will allow you to book less than 3 nights - look out for gaps between other bookings on the calander!
Does the suite have parking? Yes it does, complimentary with access to an electric charger.
Can the suite accommodate more than 2 adults? No, unfortunately our max occupancy is 2 adults (or 1 adult and 1 child). This is due to licencing restrictions.
Is breakfast included? Yes, at the Cuillin Hills Hotel only a short 2 minute walk up our private drive.
Does the Suite have access to a Hot Tub? No, unfortunately the hot tub is no longer available for use.
What are the booking terms and conditions? A valid credit card is required to secure the booking and full payment will be take 15 days prior to arrival, at which point the booking will be non-refundable/non-transferable. You can cancel anytime up to 15 days prior to arrival free of charge.
